After numerous leaks and spy images, we finally have the launch date of the new Alto K-Series which will be launched on 4th August in New Delhi.
The Alto K-Series will come with the 1.0 liter 3 cylinder engine which is currently being used in the A-Star, Estilo and the new Wagon-R and develops 67 bhp of maximum power. The ARAI certified fuel efficiency figure stands at an impressive 20.2 kmpl.
Along with the engine upgrade, the new Alto will also be refreshed cosmetically inside out. This is the first major cosmetic refresh since Alto’s launch almost a decade back with new front and rear end styling and refreshed interiors. The new Alto K-Series is expected to be priced around the Rs 3 Lakh mark.
