The 2011 Range Rover is now official and its coming with a brand new 4.4 liter diesel engine as we reported earlier.
The 4.4 Liter V8 engine delivers a decent 308 bhp of maximum power but more impressively 516 lb-ft of maximum torque which would help the luxury ute to make mince meat of out any terrain out there. The engine is mated to a ZF sourced 8 Speed automatic transmission and does a reasonably swift 7.5 second sprint to 100 kph from standstill. If that not all, the engine also delivers 30 mpg in the combined European driving cycle.
The other upgrades to the 2011 model include upgraded Terrain Response system, brembo braking system, new wheel options, an optional Exterior design pack and a special 40th anniversary Autobiography Black edition.
