Looks almost real but it isnt however it may be few years down the line! These high quality renderings of the 2012 BMW M5 saloon come to you via Alpine325ci of f10 forums.
The high performance super saloon from BMW is due to arrive in 2011 and will be powered by a twin turbo 4.4 litre V8 engine replacing the current model’s 5.0 litre V10. The 4.4 litre V8 engine is already doing duty under the hood of the X5M and the X6M developing 555 bhp and 680 nm of torque but will be tweaked for still more power when it lands in the engine bay of the next gen F10 M5.
The power output is expected to be closer to a mammoth 600 bhp eclipsing even supercars like the Ferrari 458 Italia and the Porsche 911 Turbo! The ‘M’ button which lets you choose between ‘mad’ and ‘bonkers’ power from the engine is also expected to be there.
Stay tuned to autoholiks!
Dont miss the image gallery of the renderings after the jump.
