
Ford will phase out the slow selling Fusion soon from the Indian market.
The company wants to concentrate its time and energy on its latest hatchback offering Figo which will be launched in the Indian market very soon. The company had recently announced the opening of a record 28 dealership facilities in a single day to facilitate the availability and service facilities for the soon to be launched hatchback.
The Figo will come with two engine options: a 1.2 litre Durateq petrol engine with 70 ps of maximum power and a 1.4 litre common rail turbo diesel engine with 68 bhp of maximum power.
The bookings for the Figo are already open and its expected to be priced between 3.5 lakhs for the base petrol to 5.3 Lakhs for the top end diesel.
