Move over the BMW M3, the Audi RS5 is here! The official pictures of the soon to be unveiled Audi RS5 have leaked on the internet, ahead of its official debut at the Geneva Motor Show.

One of the best 'rear' to have adorned a coupe

‘Aggressiveness’ seems to be the central design theme as the RS5 breaks away from Audi sleek and safe design approach. The front fascia is dominated by the huge Audi corporate mesh grille and subtly kinked headlights which gives it a mean, dont-mess-with-me look. The rear gets huge dual exhausts at each corner couple with a built in boot lid spoiler and a rear diffuser.

The sports appeal continues inside with hugely supportive front seats, carbon fiber treatment for the dashboard and bit and pieces and subtle RS5 badging.

The technical information is still scarce but the RS5 is expected to come with a 450 bhp engine which would redline at a dizzy 8500 rpm! The engine will be mated to Audi’s 7-Speed dual clutch S-tronic transmission.

The Audi RS5 will debut in two weeks time at Geneva Motor Show which is when we will have the full details. The RS5 will go on sale soon after its unveiling by July 2010.
